Hello,
My name is Luis, and before I tell you a little bit about myself, I want to personally thank you for looking at my bio.
My Story
I was born in Turlock, Ca, and raised in a little town called Atwater. This is where I spent most days going to school and playing with friends. Unfortunately, in 2009 when I was in fourth grade, my parents explained to my little sister and me that we would be moving to a town called Tulare. At the time, I knew nothing about Tulare other than I didn’t want to move there. Little did I know that this was the best thing my parents could have done for us. I quickly discovered there was more to do in Tulare than in Atwater. I attended Kohn Elementary, Live Oak Middle School, and Mission Oak High School.
I attended Fresno State after high school and worked at the Nike outlet, where I found my passion for helping people. At the time, I wasn’t helping an individual find a perfect home but a perfect shoe fit.
As my time with Nike ended, I took a leap of faith and opened my first business in Fresno, Ca, where I started selling fresh cold press juices. I quickly realized that I didn’t enjoy selling juices, but I fell in love with the business side. This led me to the decision to continue my education, and while in school, I met the person who pushed me to get my real estate license. My business law professor, Ms. Cordero, told me to start the process. At the time, I didn’t want anything to do with real estate but continued to let her speak into my life, and I’m glad I did. I am now three years into it, and I can say that it is an honor to assist the people who trust in me to help them purchase their homes. The fulfillment of seeing a client not only receive their keys but later become a lifetime friend during the process is such a blessing.
